  • Built for you. Boosts are here to help you manage stress and stay focused. You are always in charge.

  • No sales of individual data. We do not sell your personal information. We may share anonymous, group-level insights with employers or partners to improve workplace wellness. These insights can never be tied back to you.

  • If Focus Cubes ever changes ownership, the same privacy protections will still apply.

  • Not medical. We do not diagnose conditions. This is about everyday stress and focus.

Focus Cubes Privacy Policy (Full)

This Privacy Policy explains how Focus Cubes (“Focus Cubes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our services. The same protections apply whether you are part of a pilot program or a full rollout.

1. Information We Collect

You provide: name, email, preferences, and any feedback you send us.

We detect: device type, browser, usage patterns, and error logs.

Note on pilots: In some pilots, we may test additional features such as tone analysis. These are always optional and require explicit permission.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

  • Personalize your experience and suggest helpful boosts

  • Send reminders you have opted into

  • Improve features and keep the platform secure

  • Meet legal obligations

We do not:

  • Share your individual stress patterns with managers

  • Make medical diagnoses

3. Sharing Information

We may share information:

  • With trusted service providers such as hosting, analytics, and customer support

  • If required by law

  • To show anonymous, group-level trends (never individual data)

  • In the event of a corporate change such as a merger or acquisition. Your privacy protections will continue.

We may share aggregated insights with employers or partners to improve workplace wellness. These insights are always anonymous and never tied back to you.

If we ever introduce personalized ads or third-party tracking, you will be given clear choices and controls before anything changes.

We keep your data while you use Focus Cubes and delete or anonymize it within about 30 days after account deletion, unless legally required to keep it longer.
